ATOL – the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing scheme – is a financial protection scheme operated by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. It protects customers purchasing eligible flight-inclusive holidays and certain flights from UK travel businesses.
ATOL Protection
In the unlikely event of an ATOL travel company failing, the scheme is designed to protect customers with qualifying bookings, includes providing refunds where appropriate or assistance to return home for customers already abroad.
Your ATOL Certificate
When you make your first payment for an ATOL - protected flight-inclusive holiday with Mysteries of India, you will be provided with an ATOL Certificate. Please check it carefully to ensure that the flights, hotels and other protected services you have booked are correctly listed.
Travel With Confidence
Your flight-inclusive holiday booked with Mysteries of India is protected under our ATOL arrangements where it qualifies for protection under the ATOL scheme. Your ATOL Certificate is the definitive record of the services included within that protection.

The flights and flight-inclusive holidays we arrange are financially protected by the ATOL scheme where applicable.
When you pay for an ATOL-protected booking, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please check your certificate carefully to ensure that everything you have booked and which is protected – including flights, hotels and other services – is listed on it.
